More than suppliers:
Your Technology Partners.

Since 1970, we have worked alongside dairy leaders with one clear mission: ensuring maximum herd welfare to unlock the full productive potential of every cow.

Engineering meets Biology

We bridge the gap between plant engineering and veterinary science to serve the needs of high-performance dairy cows.

Paolo Arienti

Owner

“We don’t just sell fans; we build solutions. My goal is to walk into a barn, understand the farmer’s challenges, and guarantee measurable economic results.”

Having joined the company founded by his father Giancarlo in 1970 at a young age, Paolo now leads Arienti & C. Srl. He combines a strong entrepreneurial vision with a deep, practical understanding of barn dynamics. As the face of the company, he engages daily with farmers on the ground: listening to their challenges, analyzing data, and guiding them in choosing the best strategies to turn animal welfare into tangible profit increases.

Dr. Dario Pasetti

Veterinarian & Welfare Specialist

“The lactating cow is a metabolic athlete. My job is to validate that our systems respect her physiology, eliminating thermal stress to preserve health and fertility.”

A veterinarian specialized in animal welfare. He collaborates with Paolo Arienti in developing the Elements protocol, translating environmental data into concrete ventilation and cooling strategies.

Our Evolution

1970

The Roots

Giancarlo Arienti founds the company in the Milan area. We begin by producing high-quality livestock equipment, immediately building a solid reputation as a reliable partner for farmers in Lombardy.

1990

The Ventilation Insight

Following a specific request from a major dairy farm experiencing significant milk production drops in the summer, Arienti installs its first barn ventilation systems. This marks the beginning of a specialized journey into animal welfare.

1998

Scientific Validation

Research in the sector progresses and is presented in collaboration with the Catholic University of Piacenza, marking a fundamental milestone in the company’s scientific approach to climatic comfort in the barn.

2008

The BIG FAN Revolution

Paolo Arienti designs and officially presents the first BIG FAN optimized for Italian dairy farms. It’s a technological leap that forever changes the way large volumes of air are moved in feeding and resting alleys.

2016

The Elements Method is Born

Collaboration begins with Dr. Israel Flamenbaum and Dr. Dario Pasetti. The synergy between technical expertise and international veterinary science gives birth to the Elements protocol. No longer just products, but a scientific method integrating Air, Water, and Data.

Today

Connected Welfare 4.0

Today, Arienti is a technological 4.0 company. We control the barn’s microclimate to act on the cow’s macroclimate, utilizing automation and advanced sensors to ensure maximum genetic potential is reached.
